Belief. Invites go out in batches, and how many people look up to you or see potential in you — matched by their email or LinkedIn — decides how early you're in. Naming others lifts them, not you; you can't jump ahead by entering more names.
Can I see where I stand?
Yes. Your confirmation email carries a private link to your own page, showing how many people look up to you and how many see your potential. We never show who named you, to you or to anyone. Lost the email? Ask for the link again at /me.
How does the AI actually help me?
It places you in a real peer cohort, matches you to the paths people ahead of you actually took, personalizes each one to your situation, and re-tunes it as you and the community make progress.

Is my data used to train the AI?
